Aiming for a new "100% HAND MADE" that is loved and loved in everyday life.
We, the Ryukyu Glass Village Group, manufacture 100% handmade glass. From the preparation of raw materials to the sale of products, we manufacture and manage all of our more than 1,000 types of products in house. We do our utmost to provide our customers with peace of mind. In addition to Okinawa, we would like to expand Ryukyu Glass as a global "100% HAND MADE" product by establishing our own factory in Vietnam, where there are many people who are skilled in handicrafts. From Okinawa, to Japan, to Asia, and to the world. A glass craft that lives in our daily lives and adds color to more and more people’s daily lives. That’s the way we think Ryukyu Glass should be.

These products are manufactured at Ryukyu Glass Mura’s Itoman Studio (Ryukyu Glass Mura) and Nago Studio (Mori no Glass Museum) in Okinawa Prefecture.

This is a product manufactured in Hanoi, Vietnam, a Ryukyu Glass Village Group’s Hanoi Workshop (Ryukyu Culture and Craft Village, Vietnam). The products are made by the same handmade technique under the technical guidance of the craftsmen of Itoman and Nago factory

The glass products of Ryukyu Glass Village Group are all made by skilled artisans, so you can enjoy the warmth and simple texture of handmade products. What we are aiming for is "100% HAND MADE" for use in daily life. At the Itoman Studio (Ryukyu Glass Village) in the south of Okinawa and the Nago Studio (Mori no Glass Museum) in the north, many artisans are working day and night with glass in order to create better products
Vietnam factory
In April 1995, the Ryukyu Glass Village Group established its own glass factory in Hanoi, Vietnam, one of the largest in the world in terms of handmade glass, as a wholly owned subsidiary. Since then, we have been sending Okinawan Ryukyu glass artisans to our local factory to teach and train them, and we have been passing on the "skill" and "spirit" of Ryukyu glass to Vietnamese artisans who are skilled in handicrafts. Handmade glass that is made while inheriting the spirit of Ryukyu glass. There is a solid technique and a heart that thinks of Okinawa. In addition, all of our products are delivered to our customers under thorough quality control.

Why do you have a factory in Vietnam?
(1) There are people who are skilled in handicrafts.
Ao dai sewing, fine beadwork, embroidery, pottery, and other handicrafts that are a part of everyday life in Vietnam are popular, and many of the people in Vietnam are skilled.
(2) Deep connection with Okinawa Vietnam, which was in the trading area of the Ryukyu Kingdom, has had a deep relationship with Okinawa since ancient times.
Even today, it is one of those countries where there are many similarities in terms of spiritual and cultural aspects, such as ancestor worship, and a sense of familiarity.
(3) Serious and hard-working people.
The Vietnamese people are hard-working, earnest, gentle and shy, and have many similarities to the Japanese. Everything is handmade, so the qualities and temperament of the maker are very important.

Three articles of reassurance.
(1) On-site guidance by Okinawan craftsmen at all times
Ryukyu glass artisans dispatched from Ryukyu Glass Village in Okinawa are always providing quality control and technical guidance.
(2) Compounding
Professional blenders dispatched from Okinawa are working hard to make the colors of Ryukyu glass with responsibility.
